A Ginii that knows who it works for.
Every account has its own profile, context and assistant mode—so personalization follows the user, not the device.
Go Ginii brings AI chat, voice, email, calendar, tasks, reminders, notes, documents and a 24×7 AI Call Assistant into one personalized command center.
Go Ginii combines the existing productivity experience with the latest multi-user Call Assistant, profile intelligence and privacy-first Call Timeline—without turning your day into another collection of disconnected tools.
Every account has its own profile, context and assistant mode—so personalization follows the user, not the device.
Move from question to decision without switching mental context between separate utilities.
Email, schedules, tasks and reminders are useful alone. Ginii is designed to connect what one change means for the rest of your day.
The Call Assistant handles real forwarded calls, loads the correct owner profile and turns the conversation into usable follow-up.
Keep normal calls ringing on your mobile first. When you are busy, do not answer or are unreachable, conditional forwarding can route the call to Ginii. The shared telephony layer resolves the right account and loads that user’s own profile before the AI conversation begins.
After the call, Ginii can generate a transcript, concise AI summary and detected actions. The owner receives a “Transcript Ready” notification and can review recent Ginii-handled calls date-wise in Ginii Call Timeline.
From the first briefing to the last unanswered call, Go Ginii keeps the work around you connected.
Meetings, priorities, reminders and important messages become a concise view of what needs attention first.
Draft email responses, inspect documents, organize tasks and coordinate calendar changes while keeping the final decision reviewable.
If you cannot answer, Call Assistant can handle the conversation, capture what matters and place the result back in your Timeline.
Go Ginii’s experience is designed around explicit permissions, owner-specific context and visible outcomes. High-impact actions should remain understandable and controllable by the user.
Profiles, Call Assistant ownership, connected services and transcripts are designed around authenticated user isolation. If call ownership cannot be reliably resolved, the shared call route should fail closed rather than load another user’s private profile.
Microphone, notification, calendar, files and scheduling permissions are requested for the feature that uses them—not as blanket access to the device.
Ginii Call Timeline transcripts, summaries and action items are designed for up to 72 hours of active availability, followed by automatic deletion from active application storage.

This Privacy Policy explains how AIGINNI / Go Ginii ("Go Ginii", "we", "us" or "our") processes personal information when you use the Go Ginii mobile application, backend services, AI features, Voice Assistant, AI Call Assistant, productivity tools and connected services. It is intended to be read with the in-app permission and consent screens. If a feature is not enabled, the related processing does not apply.
| Category | Examples | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Account & profile | Name, mobile number, email if supplied, user ID, profession, business/profile preferences | Login, account management, personalization |
| AI & user content | Prompts, AI replies, conversation context, notes, tasks, reminders, selected documents or extracted text | Requested AI and productivity features |
| Voice data | Microphone speech and generated transcripts when Voice Assistant is used | Speech recognition and spoken AI replies |
| Call Assistant data | Caller/forwarded number, call metadata, transcript, summary, intent/action items, call time and duration | Route and handle AI-assisted calls; transcript/summary |
| Connected services | Authorized Gmail/Google Calendar or Microsoft email/calendar content and OAuth tokens, depending on chosen integration | Email/calendar assistance and user-requested actions |
| Device & notifications | Push token, app/OS version, permission state, technical diagnostics and security logs | Notifications, reliability, abuse prevention, support |
We use information to authenticate accounts; personalize Ginii; answer AI requests; provide speech recognition and spoken responses; create and manage tasks, reminders, notes and alarms; provide email, calendar and document features; operate the Call Assistant; send notifications; maintain connected accounts; troubleshoot failures; detect abuse or unauthorized access; comply with law; and carry out actions the user explicitly requests. We do not use personal information for a materially different purpose without appropriate notice and, where required, consent.
Go Ginii uses AI and cloud providers to deliver requested features. Depending on the feature, relevant content may be transmitted to providers such as OpenAI (AI generation), Deepgram (speech processing), Plivo (telephony), Google/Firebase (push and cloud services), Google services, Microsoft services, and infrastructure/hosting providers. Only information reasonably necessary for the requested feature should be sent. OpenAI states that API inputs and outputs are not used to train its models by default unless the API customer explicitly opts in. Other providers process data under their applicable contracts, terms and privacy practices. Go Ginii does not use private user content to build advertising profiles.
When a user activates Voice Assistant, microphone audio is processed to understand speech and produce a response. Microphone access should occur only while a voice feature is actively being used. When a user enables AI Call Assistant, calls forwarded to the Go Ginii telephony service may be handled by an AI assistant on the user’s behalf.
If you connect Google or Microsoft services, Go Ginii receives only the permissions/scopes you authorize and uses the resulting data to provide the selected email/calendar feature. You can disconnect a connected account in Go Ginii where available and/or revoke access from the provider’s account-security settings. Disconnecting stops future access through that authorization. OAuth tokens are retained only while needed to maintain the authorized connection or until the account is disconnected/deleted, subject to technical revocation and security requirements.
If you select a document or file for an AI feature, Go Ginii processes the selected file and extracted content only to perform the requested function. Do not upload content you are not authorized to share. Google API data is handled subject to applicable Google API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use requirements.
Permissions are requested only when needed for a feature. Depending on platform and enabled features, these may include microphone, notifications, files/document picker, calendar-related access, and operating-system scheduling/alarms. You can deny or revoke a permission in device settings. A feature may not work if its required permission is denied, but unrelated features should remain available where technically possible.
We disclose information only as needed to provide the service, follow your instructions, protect the service, comply with law, or complete a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. Service providers are expected to process data only for authorized purposes and under applicable contractual/privacy obligations. We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with data brokers, and Go Ginii is not designed to track users across other companies’ apps or websites for targeted advertising.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect personal information, including encrypted network transport for production service endpoints, authenticated APIs, access restrictions, secure credential/secret handling, separation of user accounts, monitoring and operational backups. No system can be guaranteed completely secure. If a security incident affects personal information, we will investigate and provide notifications where required by applicable law.
We retain information only for as long as needed for the purpose described, to provide a user-selected feature, to maintain security, or to satisfy applicable legal obligations. The following is the intended product retention model:
| Data | Retention / deletion rule |
|---|---|
| Ginii Call Timeline transcripts, summaries and action items | Up to 72 hours after call completion, then automatically deleted from active application storage. |
| Raw call/voice media | Processed in real time; not intended to be kept by Go Ginii as a permanent raw-audio recording unless separately disclosed and consented. |
| Account and profile data | For the life of the account, then deleted or de-identified after an account-deletion request except limited lawful/security retention. |
| AI chat, tasks, reminders, notes and user content | Until the user deletes the content, the feature no longer requires it, or the account is deleted, subject to limited legal/security retention. |
| Connected-account tokens and cached integration data | While the connection is authorized and needed; access is revoked/removed after disconnection or account deletion, subject to provider/technical completion. |
| Uploaded documents/extracted text | Only as long as needed for the selected feature or user account, then deleted when the user removes it or deletes the account, subject to limited legal/security retention. |
| Diagnostics, security and telephony verification logs | For a limited period reasonably necessary for reliability, fraud/abuse prevention, dispute resolution and security. Logs are not used for advertising. |
| Backups | Protected and cycled under operational backup schedules; not used for ordinary product access and allowed to expire through normal rotation after deletion. |
Go Ginii allows account creation. Users can initiate deletion of the entire account from within the app at Settings → Privacy & Security → Delete Account. Deletion is not the same as logout, deactivation or disabling Call Assistant. After a valid deletion request, Go Ginii deletes or irreversibly de-identifies account-associated personal information from active systems as soon as reasonably practicable, except information that must be retained for a documented legal, security, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution purpose. Any retained exception is access-restricted and removed when the retention reason ends.
Users may also submit an account-deletion request through the public deletion resource identified in the applicable app-store listing or by contacting support@aiginni.in. The deletion process removes the account and associated personal data rather than merely deactivating the account, subject only to the limited retention exceptions described above.
Because Go Ginii uses global cloud, AI, telephony and productivity providers, information may be processed in countries other than where you live. We use service providers and contractual/technical safeguards appropriate to the service and applicable law. Where a jurisdiction restricts international transfers, we will apply the required mechanism before transferring covered data.
Go Ginii is intended for users aged 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children for independent use of the service. If we learn that information was collected from a child contrary to applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete it and disable the related account. If Go Ginii later offers a child-directed feature, a separate age-appropriate notice and required parental/guardian consent will be implemented before launch.
If notifications are enabled, Go Ginii may send service notifications such as reminders, task alerts, security notices, Call Assistant status and “Transcript Ready” notifications. Push notification tokens are used to deliver these notifications. You can control notification permissions in device settings. We do not use notification permission as consent for unrelated data processing.
We may preserve or disclose information if reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, valid legal process, enforce agreements, investigate fraud or security incidents, protect users or the public, or defend legal claims. If ownership of Go Ginii changes through a merger, acquisition, financing or asset transfer, relevant information may transfer subject to this Policy or a replacement policy with appropriate notice.
We may update this Policy when the service, vendors, data practices or legal requirements change. The “Last Updated” date will be revised. Material changes will be communicated through the app, website, email or another appropriate channel when required. Where a change requires consent, we will request it before the new processing begins.

This Privacy Policy, in-app permission and consent notices, and app-store privacy disclosures are intended to describe the same data practices. If a new feature or service changes what data is collected, linked to a user, shared, retained or used for tracking, Go Ginii will update the relevant disclosures before or when the change is released.
The account owner is responsible for using call forwarding and AI call handling lawfully. Go Ginii provides a clear AI identity and transcription notice to callers before substantive transcription or AI handling. Where local law requires affirmative consent from all parties, the feature must be configured or limited accordingly. A caller who does not wish to continue may end the call.
This policy is designed for the current Go Ginii feature set and should be reviewed whenever production data flows, vendors or retention behavior change.
The current product has moved beyond the earlier callback-only prototype. These answers reflect the updated Go Ginii experience.
